How Etherealization Works
Basic Mechanics
- Consume duplicate units to increase Ethereal Level (E1-E6 or E7)
- Each level requires 1 duplicate
- Normal units max at E6 (6 duplicates needed)
- Secret units can reach E7 (7 duplicates needed)
Effects by Etherealization
- Speed Cart: Increases money production per wave
- Virtual Idol: Increases buff potency
- Kenpachi: Enhances damage and debuff effects
- Kyito: Unlocks passives and crit damage
- DPS Units: Generally +8-10% damage per level
Important Notes
- Never sell duplicate core Mythic units - always Etherealize
- Battle Pass units (like Law) have limited copies available
- Secret units require extreme luck or very long-term farming
- Prioritize economy (Speed Cart) and buffers (Virtual Idol) first
Calculation Method
Expected pulls use the Negative Binomial Distribution to calculate the expected number of trials needed to obtain r successes with probability p. Formula: E[X] = r/p. Pity system is factored in as the maximum pulls per copy.
